# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Plans and elevations as existing (2021.077. PP01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th August 2021 - Plans and elevations as proposed (2021.077. PP02) received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd August 2021 - Proposed Block plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd August 2021 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The units hereby approved shall be used for Class E (g) use and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class E of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification). REASON: The site is located on an allocated employment site in accordance with Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council Local Plan Policy ED6.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
