As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

| 4 | Prior to any construction above ground level, full details and/or samples of all materials including masonry, roofing material, roof lantern, rainwater gutters and pipes, windows and doors, to be used in the external elevations and for the roof, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details.
