| 4 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
| 5 | It appears from historical mapping that the existing agricultural buildings were built pre 2000 and therefore could have been built using asbestos. In order to minimise the environmental impact the developer should carry out an intrusive pre-demolition asbestos survey in accordance with HSG264. |
