| 4 | The use hereby approved shall not commence until arrangements for the storage of refuse and a litter management plan have been implemented on site in accordance with details which have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The details agreed and implemented shall thereafter be retained at all times. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory storage of waste in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan. |
| 5 | Prior to first occupation of the building, hereby approved, secure cycle provisions shall have been installed on site in accordance with a scheme that has first been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The secure cycle provisions shall thereafter be maintained unless the express consent of the Local Planning Authority is given.
