| 3 | Prior to construction of the extension, full details and/or samples of all materials including windows ,masonry, roof slates, rainwater gutters and pipes to be used in the external elevations and for the roof, together with method statements for their use including details of how the extension will be tied into the existing building, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings in accordance with Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council Local Plan Policy HE1 and HE2. |
