2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans/document: Location Plan, and Site Plan as proposed, DRAWING No. 20/006/01, received by the Local Planning Authority 29 January 2021, Proposed Fence Siting Plan, Scale 1:1250, DWG No: N/A, received by the Local Planning Authority 29 January 2021, Proposed Fence Elevations, Drawing entitled DUO8 Sports - 3m high x 2.5m Wide Bay General Arrangement, received by the Local Planning Authority 29 January 2021, Proposed Vehicle and Pedestrian Gates, Scale 1:50, received by the Local Planning Authority 29 January 2021, Perimeter Clamp Datasheet, received by the Local Planning Authority 06 January 2021. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Details of the materials/colours of the fencing hereby approved be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details and retained and maintained as such. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
