| 3 | Notwithstanding the details contained within the application a hedgerow shall be planted along the northern boundary of the arena (20m long). The hedgerow shall contain a mix of species to a ratio of: - 60% Hawthorn, - 20% Hazel and, - 20% Field Maple The hedgerow should be planted within the first planting season following the construction of the arena, and any plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory implementation of the approved scheme in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with the aims of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council Local Plan Policy SD4. |
| 4 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
