| 3 | Northumbrian Water note the submitted site plans demonstrate the proposed diversion route of the public sewer which currently crosses the site. We will work with the developer to establish the exact location of our assets and ensure any necessary diversion, relocation or protection measures required prior to the commencement of the development. We include this informative so that awareness is given to the presence of assets on site. For further information is available at https://www.nwl.co.uk/services/developers/ Additionally, the applicant should be aware that this plot is currently intended to be built across the existing access road that we use for the purposes of maintaining the Newton under Roseberry Sewage Treatment Works. This matter lies outside of the planning application process, so our Estates team will liaise with the applicant directly regarding continued access and we request that the applicant ensures that a suitable access track is open and unobstructed at all times for emergency operational purposes |
