2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: S488(PL)01 LOCATION PLAN - 1 TO 1250 AT A4 - REV B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 26 November 2020, S488(PL)03 PROPOSED SITE PLAN AND BLOCK PLAN - 1 TO 200 AT A1 - REV C, received by the Local Planning Authority on 26 November 2020, S488(PL)05 PROPOSED PLANS AND ELEVATIONS - 1 TO 200 AT A1, received by the Local Planning Authority on 26 November 2020, REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
4 Please be aware that apart from Condition 2 of Decision Notice R/2018/0755/FFM granted planning permission on 09 April 2019 which has hereby been varied, all other conditions, and informatives on that Decision Notice still apply.
