# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd November 2020 - Proposed site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd November 2020 - Existing and proposed elevation received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd November 2020 - Existing and proposed floor plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd November 2020 - Brochure received by the Local Planning Authority on 22nd December 2020 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The conservatory hereby approved shall be constructed with: - Finishing brick to match the existing dwelling, - White wood grain effect upvc frame - Black upvc guttering REASON: To conserve the appearance and character of the conservation area in accordance with policy HE1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
