# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan, Scale 1: 1250, DRAWING NUMBER 2020.053.PP01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 07 October 2020, Block Plan, Scale 1: 200, and Proposed Plans and Elevations DRAWING NUMBER 2020.053. PP02. A, received by the Local Planning Authority on 15 December 2020. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to any development above damp proof course, and the installation of windows, full details and/or samples of the windows and the stone to be used in the external elevations, together with a method statement for how the stonework will be tied/bonded to the existing building, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the conservation area and the settings of nearby listed buildings in accordance with Policies HE1 and HE2 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority had concerns with the fenestration details proposed in the originally submitted scheme; following correspondence with the Agent, acceptable amendments have now been received.
