REASON: To ensure an appropriate restoration of the site in order to respect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan. |
| 4 | Prior to construction commencing on the temporary access route the amended pedestrian / cycle route shall be fully constructed and made available for use. The amended pedestrian / cycle route shall remain in use for the the lifetime of the temporary access route. REASON: To ensure that the revsised pedestrian / cycle route is provided in the interest of highways safety in accordance with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
