# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 11/11/2020 Chimney details received by the Local Planning Authority on 11/11/2020 Front elevation received by the Local Planning Authority on 11/11/2020 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to the installation on site full details and/or samples of the bricks and stone capping to be used in the construction of the chimney shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings in accordance with policies HE1 and HE2 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
