# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan, Scale 1:1250, received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 July 2020, Proposed Block Plan, DRAWING NUMBER 2020/MB/01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 July 2020, Proposed Plans and Elevations, DRAWING NUMBER 2020/MB/02, received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 August 2020, Detailed Elevations of gate as proposed, Scale 1:20, DRAWING NUMBER 2020/MB/03, received by the Local Planning Authority on 13 August 2020 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the structures hereby approved shall be built in the materials specified in the planning application. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development complements the existing property and would respect the Upleatham Conservation Area, site and the surroundings in accordance with policies HE1 and SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
