The additional parking spaces/driveway/acccess shall be constructed from porous/permeable materials or provision made to direct run-off water from the hard surface to a permeable or porous area or surface within the curtilage of the dwelling house. The approved car parking layout shall be retained for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To provide the requisite in curtilage car parking provision for two three- bed properties, in the interests of highway safety and to prevent increase risk of flooding from surface water run-off in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD4. |
