# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th August 2020 - Elevations of the fence received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd July 2020 - Site plan (Map 2) received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th August 2020 - Site plan (Map 3) received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th August 2020 - Site layout plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th August 2020 - External materials photograph received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th August 2020 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The all weather horse arena hereby approved shall not be used other than for the personal use of the landowner and shall not be used for any commercial purposes. REASON: The Local Planning Authority would wish to consider alternative uses of the site in accordance with Local Plan Policy SD3 and SD4.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
