| 4 | Prior to tying in of the new extension to Haygate Cottage, a detailed method statement is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and tying in is to be carried out in accordance with the approved statement. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building in accordance with Local Plan Policy HE2. |
| 5 | All existing and new stonework is to be constructed/repaired/re-pointed in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before commencement of work above ground level. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and its setting and the character of the conservation area in accordance with Local Plan Policy HE1 and HE2. |
