| 5 | The modular offsite system in the 18th century barn is to be installed in accordance with a detailed method statement showing how it will be attached to the historic walls of the barn and adjoining farmhouse, to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before its installation. | 6 | Prior to installation of the modular offsite system, full details and/or samples of the roofing material shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. | 9 | Notwithstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, approval of the exact details of the design, materials and location of all windows and doors to be re-instated within the 18th century barn, along with method statements for how the work will be carried out, shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work to re-instate the windows. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building. |
