# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th May 2020 - Proposed site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th May 2020 - Fence details received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th May 2020 - Proposed horse shelter received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th May 2020 - Site plan and photographs received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st April 2020 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The horse shelter shall be stained dark brown or dark green REASON: To safeguard the character of the conservation area and the setting of the nearby listed building in accordance with Local Plan Policies HE1 and HE2.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
