Gutters shall be supported on rafter brackets or 'drive in' brackets and not on rise-and-fall brackets. Fascia boards shall not be installed. REASON: To preserve the historic fabric and character of the Listed Building and its surroundings as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 6 | Prior to any development above damp proof course, and not withstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, details of the design, profile, rebate, materials and method of opening of all windows, roof lights and doors, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and shall be retained and maintained as such. REASON: To preserve the historic fabric and character of the Listed Building and its surroundings as required by Policy HE2 of the adopted Local Plan. |
| 7 | Prior to the first property being occupied, details of the design, location and materials of all hard and non hard surfaces shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
