3 The working hours for all construction and demolition activities on this site are limited to between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Fridays and 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays and not at all on a Sunday or Public Holiday REASON: In the interest of neighbour amenity
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted was acceptable and therefore no negotiations were necessary.
