# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Plan, Scale 1:1250, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 January 2020, Location plan, Scale 1:500, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 January 2020, Individual Signage Drawings, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 January 2020, Elevational drawings, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 January 2020, Technical Specifications, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21 January 2020. REASON: To accord with the terms of the listed building application.
3 Prior to installation, a written method statement outlining how the signage will be attached to the building, shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and installation undertaken in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure an acceptable method of fixing the signage is used, that will not cause damage the host listed building.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
