# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th January 2020 - Drawing no: JD/GF/LBC/003 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th January 2020 - Drawing no: JD/GF/LBC/002 REV A received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th March 2020 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The timber fencing and access gates hereby approved shall have a tanalised finish. REASON: To protect the appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Local Plan HE1.
4 Fixings for the alarm boxes must be attached into the mortar jointing and not into brick. No wiring for the alarm shall be visible on the external elevations. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
