| 4 | Fixings for the alarm boxes must be attached into the mortar jointing and not into brick. No wiring for the alarm shall be visible on the external elevations. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated. |
