REASON: In the interest of highways safety and to ensure the outdoor riding arena does not become a commercial business. |
| 4 | Informative note: The applicant should enter into discussions with the Councils Development Engineers to explore the possibility of introducing signage for the entrance to the site on the A171. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
