# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 November 2019. Proposed floor plan showing position of new hob and extract fan, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 November 2019, Proposed elevation showing position of extract fan flue, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22 November 2019. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Prior to the installation of any extraction system on site details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include methods to deal with odour, sound and vibration from the extraction system. The extraction system shall be retained for the lifetime of the development. REASON: To ensure there are no adverse impacts in relation to neighbour amenity in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that subject to planning conditions, the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme.
