# Condition Details
1 The work shall be begun not later than the expiration of TWO YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: In the interests of the amenity of the area.
2 All works to the tree(s) shall be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent tree surgeon in accordance with BS specification 3998 (as amended). REASON: To safeguard the health of the tree(s).
3 Within 3 months of the date of the decision, details of a replacement tree-planting scheme, which shall include the location, size and specie, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented in the first planting season following the felling taking place. REASON: In the interest of the amenity of the area.
