When the site ceases to be occupied by Mrs Diana Pauli, the use as ancillary domestic accommodation hereby permitted shall cease and the lawful use of the accommodation will be for holiday accommodation. The unit shall only be occupied for holiday purposes and not as a person's sole or main place of residence. A register of the occupation of the unit shall be maintained at all times and made available to the Local Planning Authority upon request. REASON: To allow for a temporary change to the use of the unit to meet the personal circumstances of the property, however maintaining the long-term permitted use of the building. |
