| 3 | Repointing of the chimney stacks is to be carried out in accordance with detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to raking out pointing and removal of render. REASON: To preserve and enhance the special character of the listed building and the conservation area and the settings of adjacent listed buildings. |
| 4 | Should the chimney stacks subsequently be found to require rebuilding, they must be rebuilt in accordance with a detailed method statement submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to dismantling. The chimney stacks are to be repaired and reinstated to their original dimensions and height.
