2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan, Drawing Reference 8007-W8-00-ZZ-DR-A-2001-S4-P01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 03 September 2019, Proposed Site Plan, Drawing Reference 8007-W8-00-ZZ-DR-A-2002 -S4-P01, received by the Local Planning Authority on 03 September 2019, Existing & Proposed Plans, Drawing Reference 8007-W8-00-ZZ-DR-A-2003-S4-P02, received by the Local Planning Authority on 16 September 2019, Existing & proposed Elevations, Drawing Reference 8007-W8-00-XX-DR-A-2004-S4-P02, received by the Local Planning Authority on 11 November 2019. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The external elevations of the development hereby approved, shall be built in materials as specified in the planning application and shall compliment the type, style and colour of the external elevations of the existing dwelling REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development compliments the existing dwelling and will respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
