2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
3 The applicant is advised that the conditions attached to Outline Planning Approval R/2016/00663/OOM continue to apply to this development. A number of the pre-commencement conditions have been submitted for discharge and the applicant should ensure the development is carried out in accordance with the approved details.
