We include this informative so that awareness is given to the presence of assets on site. For further information is available at https://www.nwl.co.uk/developers.aspx |
| 16 | The LLFA can advise that this should not be considered as the primary source of disposal of surface water, given the location and ground conditions. An ordinary watercourse runs east of the site and could be a possible discharge point for the new development. The applicant is advised that should the above be considered, an ordinary watercourse application for a connection should be applied for. Please contact nigel.hill@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk to discuss further. |
| 17 | Northern Gas Networks have objected to the application due to the close proximity of the proposed development and the site of their High Pressure Gas Pipeline. The applicant must contact the Network Officer (Pipeline Protection) prior to development commencing. Contact details and supporting information have been forwarded by the Local Planning Authority to the applicant's agent regarding the pipeline. |
