| 3 | Prior to any work in connection with the insertion of the window aperture, approval of the exact details of the lintel and cill along with a detailed method statement of how the work will be carried out and of how the window will be installed shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority, with the work to be carried out in accordance with that method statement. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and the conservation area in accordance with policies HE1 and HE2 of the Local Plan. |
| 4 | Prior to insertion of the window, approval of the exact details of its design, materials and function including method of opening, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, and/or fully illustrated, shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority. The window shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.
