# Condition Details
1 Prior to the development hereby approved first being used, details of the external materials and colours to be used in the carrying out of this permission shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be completed in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
2 Prior to the development first being brought into end use, a detailed acoustic report demonstrating a scheme of acceptable sound attenuation measures for the development hereby approved, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; thereafter the development shall take place in accordance with the approved scheme. REASON: To ensure that the development would respect neighbour amenity and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
