# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Location Plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 21/05/19 Proposed Ground Floor Plan (Dwg No. SM/JB/001) received by the Local Planning Authority on 21/05/19 Proposed Elevations and Floor Plans (Dwg No. SM/JB/002 Rev A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 24/06/19 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The opaque glass side panels as illustrated on drawing no. SM/JB/002 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on 24/06/19 shall be installed and thereafter retained prior to the balcony hereby approved being used. Reason: To ensure the protection of the privacy of neighbouring residential dwellings.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
