3 Development shall be implemented in line with the drainage scheme contained within the submitted documents entitled Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy dated 10/05/2019 and Proposed Drainage Layout dated 09/05/2019. The drainage scheme shall ensure that foul flows from the Northern part of the site will discharge to manhole 8701, whilst the foul flows from the Southern half of the site shall discharge to the proposed diverted sewer downstream of manhole 8707. The surface water flows from the main development site (north and south) shall discharge to the proposed diverted sewer downstream of manhole 8707 at a restricted rate of 3.5l/sec. The two proposed dwellings which are separate to the main development site can discharge both foul and surface water flows unrestricted to manhole 9604. REASON: To prevent the increased risk of flooding from any sources in accordance with the NPPF.
4 The working hours for all construction activities on this site are limited to between 08:00 and 18:00 Mondays to Friday and 08:00 to 13:00 Saturdays and not at all on a Sunday or Public Holiday.
