| 6 | The removal of the rear exterior wall and widening of the historic window aperture in the rear offshoot is to be carried out in accordance with a method to be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to the removal of any historic material. | 7 | Prior to any demolition work commencing, a photographic record of all historic interior and exterior features to be removed in connection with the permission shall be made and copies submitted to the local planning authority.
