2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing No. 2019.030.PP01.E received by the Local Planning Authority on 03/10/19 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Informative Note - The applicant is advised that there are a number of conditions on the associated Listed Building Consent (R/2019/0292/LB) that require discharging prior to works taking place at the site.

5 Informative Note: The applicant should ensure that all works approved are to take place on land in their ownership.
6 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
