# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 28th March 2019 Proposed and existing floor plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 13th March 2019 Proposed elevations and roof plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th May 2019 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
4 Informative Note: At no point shall the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Engineering team who can be contacted on 01287 612536.
5 The external elevations of the extension(s) hereby approved shall be built in materials as detailed in drawing 'Proposed elevations and roof plan' received 16th May 2019 and consist of: - Facing brick to match the existing brickwork - Cedar Cladding - White K Render REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development matches the existing property and would respect the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
