The caravan shall not be let or otherwise occupied as a persons sole, or main place of residence. REASON: The development is only appropriate to assist in the operation of the kennels in accordance with policy SD3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. The living space/conditions and lack of private residential curtilage result in the development not being appropriate for a permanent unit of accommodation in accordance with policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
