# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and documents: Site Plan, Scale 1:2500, received by the Local Planning Authority on 11 March 2019, Existing Elevations, identifying the windows numbered 1 - 4, received on 11 March 2019, Design and Access Statement, received on 11 March 2019. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The works to repair the windows subject of this consent, shall be undertaken in full accordance with the Design and Access statement received by the Local Planning Authority on 11 March 2019; the development shall be completed in accordance with these approved details. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development preserves the character and appearance of the heritage asset in accordance with policy HE2 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
