1 Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application all new brickwork within the reconstructed western and northern elevations is to be constructed in accordance with a detailed method statement to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the dismantling of the western wall and before the removal of the existing window in the northern elevation. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building and its setting and the character of the Conservation Area.
2 Notwithstanding the details provided on the submitted plans and elevations, approval of the precise details of the design, materials and function of all windows, including method of opening, drawn at a scale of not less than 1:20, and/or fully illustrated, shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials and to safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building and the character of the conservation area.
