# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Site location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st April 2019 - Proposed site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st April 2019 - Existing and proposed elevations and panel details received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st April 2019 - Solar panel details received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th February 2019 - Schletter product sheet received by the Local Planning Authority on 22nd May 2019 - Solar panel installation sheet received by the Local Planning Authority on 22nd May 2019 REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The proposed panel cabling shall be routed behind the eaves and any clamps shall be attached into the mortar only. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building in accordance with policy HE2 of the Local Plan.
4 All solar panels and associated cables, brackets and other paraphernalia are to be removed from the roof within 6 months of the solar panels becoming redundant. As part of the work all roof slates shall be reinstated. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character of the listed building in accordance with policy HE2 of the Local Plan.
5 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
