As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

| 4 | The proposed first floor windows hereby approved on the north and south facing side elevations of the proposal shall be fitted with obscure glazing to level 5 (minimum) from the Pilkington range or equivalent. The windows shall be top level opening only at 1.7m above the floor level of the room in which the window is installed. The glazing and openings shall be retained in perpetuity.
