2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: - Site location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th February 2019 - Drawing 018/111/04B received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th March 2020 - Drawing No. 018/111/05 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd April 2020 - Homelight windows (B6 Steel) received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd April 2020 - Homelight Plus windows received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd April 2020. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
