# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site Plan, Scale 1:1250, received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 February 2019, Floor Layout, Scale 1:100, Drawing T840/SK/1, received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 February 2019. REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The replacement concrete floor hereby approved, shall be laid and finished as specified in the planning application. REASONS: To safeguard the special character of the listed building in accordance with policy HE2 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary.
