| 4 | Installation of a supporting joist to replace the internal wall is to be carried out in accordance with detailed method statements to be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to demolition of the internal wall. REASON: To safeguard the special character of the listed building in accordance with Local Plan policy HE2. |
| 5 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
