# Condition Details
1 The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location of Gates, 2 No. of drawings both dated 07/01/19, received by the Local Planning Authority on 14 January 2019, Elevational Drawings for Gate A, B, and C, 3 No. of drawings, received by the Local Planning Authority on 12 February 2019, REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application.
3 The gates shall be constructed of materials as specified in the planning application. REASON: To ensure that the appearance of the development respects the site and the surroundings in accordance with policy SD4 of the Local Plan.
4 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. Following discussions with the applicant / agent a satisfactory scheme has been negotiated.
