# Condition Details
1 The proposed single storey rear extension, due to its proportions, form and scale would have an adverse impact on the amenities of the adjoining residential dwellings. The development would therefore be contrary to the aims of part b of policy SD4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan (2018) and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document (2013).

3 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent has been advised of the concerns however the amendments submitted does not overcome officers concerns.
