REASON: To accord with the terms of the planning application. |
| 3 | Upon removal of the mosaic the fixing holes in the mortar shall be filled with a lime mortar mix. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character the listed building in accordance with Local Plan Policy HE2 |
| 4 | Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as originally submitted is a satisfactory scheme and therefore no negotiations have been necessary. |
