# Condition Details
1 The proposed development, by reason of proportions and siting would not respect the character of the site and its surroundings which results in conditions detrimental to the character and appearance of the host property and surrounding area. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims and objectives of the NPPF and Policy SD4 (part j) of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
2 Statement of Co-operative Working: The Local Planning Authority considers that the application as submitted did not meet with the local policies and guidance. The applicant / agent has been advised of some concerns and amended the plans accordingly, but ultimately the proposal does not meet with local policies and guidance..
